Open outcry orderflow / otc trading on Twitter?

Anyone ever try doing pseudo otc trading on twitter ? Post a bid for x number of options of y tenor. If a match found, both sides route order through their normal brokers to be filled ? For public exchange traded products, would this be legal ?
