Transferwise can give you a US ACH account with a USD balance which you can then convert and send. Not sure if that helps?

Paypal need a USD account in USA, with a bank statement from said account showing your business name. I don't think that would do it.

Seems that it works. It is a USD bank.

We have a business account - there is no ability to add USD account without having to go through support who require bank statements unfortunately.
