Ask HN: Legitimate business ideas on top of Libra Coin

I'm curious as to A. what type of early businesses could thrive on top of libra. B. Why they'd thrive on libra vs other crypto-currencies.

So far as I see it, it's just 'another' way to pay, nothing special for innovators. It'll give more adoption to non-techies for altcoins, but is there any specific 'tech' in the white-paper that stands out to benefit innovators and offer greater opportunity over other altcoins?

I think if the coin were successful, and took off then sure early innovators would reap rewards/benefits, but I'm having a hard time thinking of what kind of businesses those would be off-hand.
