Does Ry(Zen) now support AVX-512 and thunderbolt?

Thunderbolt 3: Supposed to be added to the X570 chipset.
People who have already invested in TB3 (e.g. in a LG 5k screen) would certainly be happy to keep it supported.
Does anyone know if that has changed?
