Both of them have reasonable competitors and are hardly anti-competitive. What is your reasoning here?
Once the government starts meddling with websites and IT there won't be any stopping it.
The reasoning is that the lawmakers don't really give a shit about antitrust or competitiveness of industries (because there are far worse monopolies to target), just control over the internet.
