I think it's a GSuite configuration thing. Mine used to be empty (GSuite). Now I'm checking it again, there's some stuff on it, although it's buggy.
Same here, gsuite used to be safe from this but mine shows purchases starting this month. Not sure if it only shows the most recent month to everyone, or if that's when they turned it on for gsuite users...
It shows purchases in Finland too.
I think for some reason Google parser is very limited - the only thing i see is Steam / Google Play purchases, not even Paypal.
I am in Europe and not using GSuite.
No, I have years of purchase history from the UK. As another commenter mentioned it's not particularly comprehensive though.
