Corrupt, or simply humanity? Our worst as a society becomes more apparent the more things resemble a free and unregulated market, as the security scene largely is now.

With the exception of the Feds saying "that's too much" here and there to folks they have a bone to pick with.

Or it means that VEP processes desperately need updating, like much of technology used in government.
