Multiple companies are currently testing level 5 autonomous fleets in some European cities.

I think the article misses that you can't reach 5 without efficient and secure v2x.

Could you point to some evidence that somebody has actually achieved level 5? Hopefully with a clear description of what the limitations are (e.g., weather, geography, time of day). Claims are easy. Especially claims of testing.

I don't know the details, these were from companies I never heard of. But these were driving around in fairly busy European streets with zero human interaction.

It's not any comment; it's a bold claim with no evidence. Also, it's not clear to me that you understand the levels. A car "driving around in fairly busy European streets with zero human interaction" is evidence of level 3, nothing higher.

V2X?

The car industry seems to love V2* terminology. V2H is connecting an electric vehicle to a home to provide power in an emergency.
