Twitter Algorithm Change Now Promoting Conservative Tweets?

Today I woke up and my business Twitter account, which has never tweeted or followed anything even remotely political was featuring 3 tweets at the very top of my timelines from highly partisan, conservative republican accounts. The reason: "Because I follow" Facebook and Salesforce. I heard from another friend, who witnessed the same thing. What gives? Anyone else seeing this?
