Yes. You need to research history esp. in Latin America. I liked reading the book: “Confessions of an Economic Hitman”. Also Lookup Operation Ajax and how the CIA overthrew the democratically elected Mossaddegh in Iran. A Roosevelt organized that one.... I think Wikipedia has documented 81 attempts at US intervention in foreign elections lol.

Whether or not you believe it or not, the same statements could be said about current election. Will be obvious if you have high levels of self-awareness.
