The op clearly means a traditional wired service like Google Fibre. E.g 'SpaceX Fibre'
... which then probably could technically supply "wired internet from space"
Alternatively, they could be asking for 'wired' in the where there's a central base station, and each individual home has wired connection to that.
Regardless, I assuming the op _didn't_ mean running a physical wire from a sat in space.
