Ask HN: Does anyone who owns a tech biz ever take voice calls?

The reason I ask is twofold. One, I'd like it as I can't seem to get a phone number to call for some scooter company I used in DC recently and two and as a result, I'd like to offer it for my new, yet released, business and wanted to know if any of you do this? Seems the trend is just offer web support.
