Ask HN: Has anyone mentored on Codementor, was it worth it?

I started mentoring on Codementor with mixed results so far. A couple questions for anyone that has done it for at least a month:

1. Once you get enough reviews, is it easier to book clients? 2. After getting comfortable with the platform, are you efficient enough to get at least $100 an hour (including time spent "chatting" with clients)? 3. In general, has it been worth the time you've put in?
