Still no, an analog computer is an electronic computer which uses varying voltages and currents to calculate results. It's not the same as a manual computer.

Analog computers need not be electronic. They can be mechanical (e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digi-Comp_I) or hydraulic (e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MONIAC), too.
