Plea for a search engine to a usable web

So, I wish I had a search engine that showed me only web pages (not apps), according to what non-image, non-JS information can be found on them. I have the hunch that there is still a lot of web content out there like that, it's just neglected right now. If you made a search engine that suppressed for me anything that requires massive JS in order to function, and also any other non-text content, and just showed me the text-based web that is still out there, buried under mountains of other...stuff, I would use that search engine.

I'm just saying. Build it, and it will get used.
