Ask HN: Is There Open Production Server?

There are hosted services with security and privacy concerns. For example, a type of SaaS where it does not suppose to store user data (pure computation service), is there a way to make production open?

What I am thinking is that features like collaborators with simple authorization policy, and way of verifying build (like reproducible build). Could we automatically invite customers as collaborators (or just call it "customers") to the virtual production environment, and show them all production information? Is that possible to be 100% transparent technically?
