Why I’m suing Mike Arrington

1. I can't speak for everyone out there, but I'm guessing that most of the people out there have no interest in this drama. This is high-school theatrics played out by so-called grown-ups. I skimmed it because I had made the mistake of reading Arrington's post about it; I guess I was assuming two wrongs make a right... ;)
2. Most of the post is about the launch of his "LAUNCH" conference. The title of the post ("why I'm suing Arrington") has nothing to do with the meat of the post, LAUNCH. It becomes clear quickly that the title was deliberately inflammatory to garner attention.
Word of advice to Jason and Mike: enough with the drama. If you want to do something interesting, please make it interesting in its own right and stop this name-calling and theatrics. This is HN, not TMZ.
Well, I clicked here and only saw Jason's comment. I then wrote an email and refreshed afterward to see a flurry of comments so I think many people find it interesting.
If anything, I think it's a valuable lesson to be learned for new entrepreneurs on choosing who to do business with.
tl;dr, the reason why he's suing Arrington: Jason doesn't deny saying any of the crazy things about Arrington being a drug addict, feels actions were almost but not quite justified because he got cheated, and btw, you should check out his new conference.
Oh really?
I am mighty confused about the posts contents given this comment.
I can't help but assume Mike will probably start considering detailed contracts.
My plan is to reinvest all profits from the conference into the startups personally.... as well as get all of the startups meetings with the 200+ angels that make up the eight-city Open Angel Forum!
