Pros and cons of joining Nutanix vs. Cohesity as a senior programmer

The backstory is that I have offers from both of these companies - Nutanix does primary storage and hyperconverged, Cohesity does secondary storage and backups and what not. But I have zero insight into how the two companies stack up in terms of culture, work-life balance, and overall as employers. I have not heard any reliable reviews so far, hence the question.
