No. It debunks that he was either a member of the SS or a Nazi collaborator. He was neither.

Your initial comment, though, asserted that he had been a Nazi collaborator and that therefore we shouldn't listen to him.

You can listen to him or not, but your decision shouldn't be based on the fact that he had been a Nazi collaborator, because he never was.
