Back then, Buell was a fully-owned subsidiary of H-D. They built smaller, more agile bikes that one might use for the daily commute. What prevents them from building a lightweight bike, something like the Suzuki LS650? This model has been in production in some form or another for over 30 years now, Suzuki must be doing something right! (Yes, a motorbike can't have enough of one cylinder!)
