Ask HN: How to write a good TOS agreement? for side projects?

I'm currently making a small, noncommercial side project. The project is going to be a website that users can post content on, so their personal data will be processed. I'm based in the EU, so GDPR compliance is a must. What do I need? Should I write the TOS and privacy policy or just wait and hope nothing bad happens? If I should, what should I include? How to write it?
