Improve old industries

Anyone involved in modernizing (not a fan of "disrupt") a big&old industry?

I'm about to sell my startup and looking around for new interesting challenges. The first industries that come to mind are real estate, healthcare, construction, transportation...

Feel free to ping me if you are tinkering with an idea or in a recently funded company with <10 people.
