iOS mobile app analytics

Hi,

We have just launched the MVP version of our mobile app to the App Store. As it is not yet finished we haven't done any marketing or even wrote about that on social media (content and tutorial need to be added).

So far (around 30 days since launch) we have achieved around 24 downlands, 104 page views and around 2% conversion rate.

My question is - should we be happy with those results taking into consideration that no marketing has been done? I know such small traction doesn't tell you much but I am very curious and excited to see it alive.
