I signed up, how do I add my app?

It should've been part of the sigup process - did that not go smoothly?

Either way, browse to http://startupmonth.org/apps/new you can add it outside of signup.

Will make a note to have that somewhere as a backup....

During the signup process, if you skip adding an app there’s no way to come back. Update profile should include an option to add an app.

Yes, I think I even said 'you register your app later if needed' so I must have intended to add that link but forgotten.
