Has this concept been tested? As a potential customer I don't have any reason to believe that this organizational structure works.

The video is downright inspirational though, great job on that.

The governance structure and voting system is very close to the one the Apache foundation uses for its projects.

The retrospectives and 360 compensation system is our innovation, and is untested (except on us!)

Lots of organizations function this way informally, many open source projects are run this way, not to mention co-ops and other alternative companies.
