Your story makes it sound like you are the only competent person this start up. Best thing you could do is realize this is just a story, not the truth. If you can't do that, then resign so you don't have to work around other incompetents. After that pattern ("everyone else is so stupid") shows up enough times in your life, try looking at it again and recognize your own narcissism. The good news is that doing that awareness work will take you much farther then your technical skills ever will.
