Ask HN: How to send short playable vidoes on Whatsapp?

I would like to be able to send short (max 1 minute) long videos to Whatsapp from different sources (YouTube, Vimeo etc).

1. It should be downloaded from its platfrom to the mobile. 2. Uploaded to the conversation where I need to mention it. 3. Should be playable inside the conversation.

How can this be done?
