Ask HN: How does your business use customer feedback?

I notice a lot of companies actively collect feedback from customers. I am curious what process do they follow, if they use it to understand what customers want so they can build the most impactful features, and if they are doing it all manually or using something like Trello for that?

The reason I ask is I’m thinking of doing something with feedback myself and I’m not too sure what most companies are doing with theirs. Anything you could share with me would be huge.
