Convert xls to mysql insert quick and easy

I figured I needed a quick and easy way to convert a excelfile into a mysqltable. So i wrapped together a simple webform that reads the excelfile and outputs a create table(although somewhat stupid column types), and a bunch of inserts.

And no, of course not, it doesnt save any of the uploaded excelfile.
