Not really a new idea - very much a me-too of Azure on-prem, and still quite a bit behind them. I'm more surprised that they were able to run this politically.

aka 4 weeks... so what?
Technically "next year" is 4-56 weeks from today Nov 29.
Second half of 2019, they clarified somewhere.
Still the pace under which they are able to develop new functionality is amazing given their size and growth rate.
