Switch off JS or use uBlock - it can block arbitrary elements in any page, and works in two clicks.

The Oath consent is not just an overlay, it's a separate page that TC redirects to. Not as easy to block as on-page elements.

TC, to their credit, works really well without JS, so it's just a matter of disabling it.

But what happens when Oath buys uBlock

It cannot buy uBlock origin.
