At my firm, we start talks of upgrading a regular to a senior developer at 7 years, usually it takes them to the 8th year to get a Senior role. So these guys, in my eyes, just reached a senior position and claim to be top of the line already? Yeah, not really.
Edit: Also the website seems to be an MVP as well. No information found whatsoever about who these guys are, what exactly it is they are doing, what it will cost me etc. etc.
