This happens to me almost every time I click a link to Twitter on chrome for Android even if I haven't been to Twitter in the last month. No VPNs or adblocks.

Yup happened to me when using Firefox Focus with tracking disabled & no cookies.
Using Chrome didn't trigger that error.

Yes, refreshing the page fixes the issue.
Yes, using Safari on ios with adblocking software. Can’t get it to show even with a refresh.
