Why not start gender quotas with immigration - instead of wrangling it in at the workplace?
Set quotas requiring that 60% of all H1B visas must be offered to women.
Because they're unjust
Proves that we have not found a solution if men and woman can truly work together (without adding boundaries and rules which rapidly drain productivity). If you don't feel safe, feel free to quit and give up luxury salary.
