I'd love to hear your feedback. We have deliberately launched as early as possible, so there are definitely rough corners and embarrassing things lurking in there.
My co-founder and I run a fast-growing company based in London and Seattle. In the course of building our company, we have repeatedly found that hiring is far and away the hardest thing we do. There are lots of hard parts to hiring - and in our opinion it's going to stay a major part of the CEO's job for some time to come. It's always going to be hard to get your opportunity in front of great people. It's always going to be hard to evaluate the quality of applicants.
Hire Marshal is designed to remove as much as possible of the administrative burden.
So, yes, it's a side project of sorts, but none the less exciting for that.
