Ask HN: Is OVH support not answering 7 days for you?

I opened a support ticket at OVH on Oct 17 and until now (Oct 24) have no response. I opened antoher ticket on Oct 19 that is also unanswered. Is it just me or is the OVH support desk on a holiday ?
