Rate My App: Fridge to Food - TasteSpotting meets StackExchange
I've been working on this for about 10 months. It's been through 3 iterations (alpha, beta1, beta2) in the course of that time. Each iteration has seen it change drastically. In this last release, I spent two weeks completely rewriting it in CakePHP.
The site is a recipe sharing application that is a combination of TasteSpotting and StackExchange. It is very image centric. It uses a vote based rating system and a user reputation system. And it employs a powerful image based search engine.
The eventual idea is to have it employ wiki editing allowing users with high reputation to set relationships between ingredients and tags and retag recipes.
I would appreciate any and all feedback. It's still in beta, so there are still many things that need work.
