Are you implying that Palestinians are somehow inferior and therefore have less merit for representation?

I’m black and I see white supremacy folks use that sort of logic all the time.

I was saying the exact opposite: that these being meritocratic positions, you cannot get ahead just by belonging to the "right club". Moreover, I am confident there's plenty of palestinean people at Google. Google likes to make money, and whoever can ship the best product gets to work there. I'm willing to bet if they could plug a dolphin to a keyboard and it produced good code, it will be employed at Google as well.

I 100% understand how you could have understood my comment the way you did. Will try to articulate things better in the future.
