This article really hit home for me because this is exactly what my current career consists of. I am coverting old AS400s running RPG to QNX servers running C. And like the Cobol Cowboy's say the financial institutions will pay what ever you demand. I owe all this work to a college professor that encouraged me to thoroughly learn RPG for this very reason.
