Unfortunately it requires Siri to be enabled even if the shortcut itself doesn't use it (like when I want to trigger it with touch).

I've disabled Siri on my phone and watch because I never use it and there's a massive battery improvement when I disable it; the old Workflow app used to work without Siri, but Shourtcut requires it apparently :(
