I'm not entirely convinced about some of the other stuff, but you should probably call the power company about the microwave leakage from that transformer. They're not supposed to do that.
A while back I worked on a project that attracted a lot of attention from "RF activists" (for lack of a better term) and I ended up reading quite a bit of their literature, websites, etc. I think the best way to frame my conclusions is that I have a lot of sympathy for people with personal issues that are either unexplained or where evidence-based explanations are not to their liking. That must suck.
