The video has two somewhat distinct parts:

    - a first part about the repo market and how current accounting methods to track who owns treasury bills are quite inaccurate

    - a second part about bitcoin

Both parts as interesting, but the first (on the repurchasing market and inaccurate accounting) is really worth watching.
