Ask HN: Facebook on iOS, better to use the website or the app for privacy?

I realize using Facebook inherently voids most of my privacy, but it’s a necessary evil at the moment.

I know some Android users only use the website, because the app has access to everything, but iOS has better security features and permissions so I’m not sure that’s valid.

Any thoughts?
