StartupSchool Application Closed 24-Hours Early?

Hello, I'm advising a couple companies who were planning to apply today (the 13th).

They understood the deadline was on the 13th. ie. Meaning applications closed 23:59 PST on August 13th. Not that applications closed 0:00:01 on August 13th.

This tweet from StartupSchool account also says "You can still sign up for Startup School through Aug 13!" Which sounds like the 13th is still OK to apply on.

Can anyone comment on this?
