As of today, the Moves app is dead, but here’s my alternative
I would like to share the alternative to the great Moves app (RIP). Lately, I've been tinkering on a similar app, also used for building daily dairy based on activity tracking. It does not have cycling/running detection yet, but maybe someone could find of interest: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/aidlab/id1123339447?mt=8
Features:
• 24/7 activity and biosignal monitoring through iPhone's sensors and (optionally) compatible Aidlab Chest Strap.
• Automatic Tracking: Records daily walking.
• Places: Recognizes places in your daily life.
• Storyline: Visualizes your day in an easy-to-read timeline.
• Motivational notifications.
Disclaimer:
* No ads.
* iOS only.
* It's free.
* It drains the battery a bit.
* Can be unstable for iOS 10.x and iPhone 5.
* All location/activity data are stored locally only.
