Which countries have superior judicial systems and why?

Well, for one there is the whole common law vs. civil law issue.

Most people on HN would agree that a logical, consistent, codified legal system should be superior to an ad-hoc, bazaar-style system.

The burden of proof is for op for making such a bold, generalized claim.

Can op brove that the us system is superior to the one in canada, france, the uk or germany ?
