I do not understand why he's using the statistics of Google hiring 61% white as an indicator of lack of representation. The US is 64% non-hispanic white. If the statistic means anything at all, it means whites are ever so underrepresented at Google.
Looks like circleci wants people more defined by their sexuality than the technology they want to create. This is a potential indicator circleci's software will take a turn for the worse.
