Well then who is the owner? I certainly don't feel like I own my iPhone, I can't even run my own kernel on it!
Facts over feelings. I can’t (or should I say the bank can’t) install a kernel on my house... don’t they own it? Basing ownership on the ability to install a kernel seems like quite a few of my friends own nothing.
