How do you define "wealth redistribution" that you can think it is a business?

It is a business whereby politicians buy votes.

Then they've been doing a very shitty job at it, compared to their deals with corporations.

They don't have to, because they get the votes anyway. Promises and sympathy seem to be all that's required.
