Well, for me this new Microsoft is even worse than Ballmer's Microsoft. Because their strategy and goals are the same, but they changed their PR to make people think otherwise.
The largest part of their strategy and goals that is the same is "make money". But to say there is no improvement or that it's even worse is just silly. There is little to no hostility anymore to open-source, and they're contributing quite a bit...
